Life dreams with my current situation

I am a software Engineer with 2.9 YOE my current CTC is 8.5 LPA and my dream is to work abroad.Currently I work for a mid level startup how can I save money and do a PG program in Germany for getting a job.. I currently reside in chennai in my own house 🏠 don't have to pay rent and I own a vehicle I don't have any EMI...

But is there any alternative way... To do... Please help me guys 🥹
