Epam systems is good btw . Work culture is chill as per my experience. Pool size is big. I am in epam from 3 years and no work pressure 😅not sure this to be considered as good or bad

very bad once you are out of the project you are gone from the company

Epam system has good work culture, training and all are very helpful if you utilise them properly growth will be good, at time it might be problem when you are out of project but if work on skills you can get another projects.
