Don't use chatgpt in proctored certification exams or you'll be barred from taking it again in future for certain time and you'll also be having a good ol conversation with HR. You can however use it on non proctored courses assessment test and all. Also chatgpt is not always correct or could be said the exams answersheets are wrong. So even if you believe you marked correct for an answer could end up being wrong lol.

Only way, prepare well, give exam, remember questions or concepts, note down right after the exam. If you fail, revise and give exam again.
You can use chatgpt for reference but dont try to use it while certification. If you caught Procter mode then you may be in serious trouble.
