Trending @Accenture; Level movement

Am at 12.1 from Mumbai location and my project is moving me to other project at Bangalore.They are saying I'll be getting 11.3 after 6 months. Should I go with this opportunity trusting them or i should wait in my current project waiting for 11.3. Please help me on this.
