These C1 are the one who were on bench and not taking the project for long time because of location constraint, skill and obviously need the comfort zone which everyone was thinking since they were the part of TCS.
I believe majority of termination happened for bands upto c3a and should be completed by August end or sep 1st week. so they got the compensation confirmation for salaries effective from 1st sep. C3b and above, are going to be impacted more from now on and should go on till the comp announcement happens. Which would be probably 1st oct.
We actually don’t know what’s going in the TCS management. If they can release allocated person then they can do anything. And this will continue till March 2026 as per announcement.
being a C3A, now I fear of being promoted to C3B, I won't accept if it happens. 😂😂
