I got promoted to level 9 ,whether will get reward points and also help me with compensation plan as I heard for level 9 we should decide
How many years you spent at L10 ?
3 yrs back joined Accenture at level 10
Of course I did but got this promotion in my new project which is less than 6 months and all because of my new manager who is a very good person and believed me. I don't know if it is a kind of default or due promotion.i didn't expect if a new project would promote me this much soon and it happened because of my new manager
You can set it in the tool it shd be open till 17 th of the month
Any idea to set compensation plan to reduce tax

Don't know about rewards points, but you can set your compensation plan yourself for sure. You'll now have a privilege to take car from corporate policy and can set your own base pay.
