It depends on the skill , I saw very highly skilled people working as AM with 40 Lacs having 5 yrs exp & I saw some skeleton get hired who is an old lady above 50 , for understanding her skillset as she was my so called people lead i invested a whole day , she came from an aviation back ground , initially i thought might be some good developer but later on i found the lady did not even know a basic conda and join as ml engineer that too a level 7 from market i meant she is market hire. Here if anyone thinks that I don't know how to respect sr people, they are wrong , actually she made me 1 week sprint task in 3-4 days that too before my marriage in JAn here is not the end of the story she forced me to be with the call always with some juniors and completing their work. Later on i found from her linkdin recommendation the lady used to be part of customer care Aviation . Here the package is not even more than 20 . Anyway I started my new life with a new profession journey with 100 percent hike with 5 yrs of exp i m earning 21 , secured 4 offers from oct 2023 to dec 2023. Hope it makes sense
