I’ve been an ASE for more than 18 months, cleared techleap and yes my performance has also been good throughout the past year(as stated by managers). Connected with my manager and project head for why am i not being promoted to level 11? Instead of helping me something meaningful, they rather preferred to make fun of me, they feel I’m not doing anything great , just like any other employee and all the useless stuff they could say to me. “Techleap is of no use” is what they stated. Btw for one another colleague they said you’re not being promoted because you haven’t cleared techleap😂😂. Well don’t expect anything good from this company now.
Promotion outcomes often depend on your project and leadership. I am promoted to Level 11 in this cycle, despite not having cleared a Tech Leap exam. With a P2 proficiency rating, I joined my previous project immediately after training, consistently completed all assigned tasks on time, and remained fully engaged throughout. I recently transitioned to a new project one month ago.

I am also facing the same problem the support project people are getting promoted ,people who are just existing and not doing anything getting there promotion i don't know how this system is working, frustrating AF
None of the folk in my team who is part of triage got promoted In fact it is being said that no triage folk will be promoted as of now
Hell with this company..
I have a niche skill, 22 months experience, p3, still no promotion because techleap not cleared, it's all a joke, they say anything to anyone
I just want to switch to consulting side
