Hi guys, I'm at level 12.1 since Dec 2022. How much % of the hike should I expect? I joined Accenture in March 2022 at 12.2 .

Where can we check whether we are 12.1 or 12.2 and does that even matter in case of any promotion?

On workday, Yes, if you are at level 12.2 you will receive a sub level movement hike. But if you are at level 12.1, then you have to wait for the promotion or annual hike.
