Trending @Accenture; Level 11 to Level 10???when??
From June 2022, I am an analyst..till now...I want to know when can I expect sse?? If sse is not given for me...how much min and max hike can I expect if they give me...pls say ya...I don't have idea on it ya....thanks in advance!!!
It depends on project and unit, in ATCI - mostly 20% fixed during promotions
I am also in the situation, become analyst in June 22.... I have seen a few people who got promoted in the analyst on June 22 and got a promotion on Dec 23....
May be we can hope for the upcoming cycle...
in past years, people got promotions very easily... and without doing much work.... now it's a hard...
Only 2 Factors may be a deciding factors:
How is your People Leed and
How is your Leadership well versed with the People Leed.
If even one of them is not good enough you may be the only culprit
Depends on project…. 25% fixed during promotions…. For hikes 10-15%(completely depends on project)
