Trending @Accenture; Level 11 to level 10?
How many year it usually take to get promotion from level 11 to level 10? I want answer in all 3 cases - Case 1 - exceptional good performance and got several recognition. Case 2 - ok performance just completing all the task not much visibility. But not in a radar to say he is not good. Case 3 - below average performance, visibility very low not much active. Just completing jira tasks on time.
What do you think how many years will it take to reach level 10?
I joined at lvl 12 in Feb 21 Promoted to lvl 11 in Mar 23 Promoted to lvl 10 in June 24 Promoted to lvl 9 in June 25
I am from a Full Stack SDET role with expertise in Frontend and Backend, manageable testing in Cypress, karate, selenium etc and Knowledge in building ci-Cd pipelines (recently in GHA). Promotions happened quickly due to good repo with client. The direct interactions started from Feb 22 but due to default promotion scenario and no Fast-track promotion it took time for 1st promotion. Been a smooth ride from then on, now waiting for Visa to come my side someday
Writing my case. I joined level 12 at Aug 2021. promoted to level 11 on sep 2022. Promoted to level 10 on Dec 2023.
