Trending @Accenture; Level 10 performing role of Level 8 in the profile still no promotion

I am at carrer level 10 but my role in the project is level 8. I was expecting promotion. But got only 5% increment and no promotion. Supervisor tried to convince how they pushed hard but could not and asked to wait for june cycle. I am thinking of asking for release from the project as it is very complex project and I have to work overtime .please suggest me if I should ask for another project . Does accenture has projects .also started looking for job change
