Trending @Accenture; Level 10 getting assigned as Team Lead

Is it normal to assign level 10 employee as team lead in Accenture and I have checked with my Poeple Lead that I am not getting promoted in this cycle also.. only some variable pay...my YOE is 5+ years CTC is 9 LPA without variable. I feel I am underpaid yet they are assigning more work without any compensation benefits.. please suggest how can I handle this

I have the same scenario....as a level 10 I am handling projects without level 9. Every time they say the next cycle but the same result this time again

Then why are you using specialist title here? Just to make yourself feel good 😆

You should feel yourself lucky enough.Maybe your managers are planning to reccomend your names for promotion in the upcoming talent roundtables.

Remember this "One of the strongest criteria for promotion at Accenture is demonstrating that you're already performing at the next level while still officially positioned at your current level"

How does it matter if they're "just recommending and it's not passing through for years and years" 🙄🙄🙄 no one can work on the same base pay for years and counting with +1/2 pr with next level work.

Whats your YOE?

This is just additional responsibility for you, no hikes no vp will be decided on this. If they get someone more experienced than you, even with lesser skill sets than you , you will be asked to step down and work as per their instruction. This has already happened to me

Can we deny to take up if there is no compensation?
