If your band got lower down. You will not get any letters or same thing you have seen in payslip as well no elevate incentive

I have 3+ years of experience in tcs and C, C, B band. My wings 2 journey will end mar 2026 in For ppe1. My question is am I eligible for wings 2 with this band
