Please unite and dont work for 1 day to show unity and to get attention from ravi. 2-3% is like peanuts for real. Finalise the date and support- 16th August post independence day. If you truly feel u r under dictatorship of ravi dont work on 16th aug.

Best way is to just resign. This company doesn't need any good resource. Find a better job for yourself. Don't waste your time here.

Good , but i joined as a PAT here, this was my 1st appraisal in 2.6 years. Promotion also freezed. I want to be rebel here because if i dont fight for the right thing then i wont sleep in peace.

Bhai ye IT hai..you just get a good deal for yourself and move on. Kuch galat khud karo mat kare to suno mat. But there's a thin line between these things. You get a good package for yourself spend that money on you and your family. Rahi baat Cognizant ki do bad mouthing where you can..make sure no one in your circle joins this shit hole. Baki Cognizant has become a joke everywhere. This man will go away in sometime but you shouldn't waste your time here. Earning good money is the only revenge you should seek.

Well that hike is horrible .. and don’t work one day unite is good but … frankly speaking half of the people in cognizant (including me) even if they want to work they cant because no projects or else be in project but no work 🥲😢.

Initiative is good but have you heard about the mass hiring which cognizant will be doing in comming months basically they will hire fresher's in bulk with 2.5lpa salary and probably chances are they will train the freshers to do our work even if we do anything we are the one at loss it's better we all should look out for other opportunities

This will work if all employees will stop working otherwise no use of doing this... They will just take an action against those who will not work.

Already they are pushing freshers to work on complex tasks and after 2.5 years this CTS is gonna get dumped with attrition rate more than 50 and even freshers wont work but here is the catch in India student will join engineering and parents push them to work in IT and this companies will hire them with less salary and work goes on like this. Change should happen in us then only this companies will fear of attrition rates

Brothers and sisters, understand the situation of global market and then post here. The outside US market isn’t good at all. Moreover AI is evolving rapidly decreasing the necessity for programmers / testers. You have to be more innovative to get more hikes as there is huge supply with less demand. After CORONA, we have more competitors around the world not just INDIA
