Curious to know how many hours folks are typically working on their projects. Are you on an 8, 9, or 10 hour shift? Or maybe something else entirely? Because joining letter says 8 hrs of work including 1 hr break.

We are asked to work from 10.30 AM to 8.30 PM but calls never end at 8.30 PM. :( Calls goes upto 10.30 PM 😭

Since Last one year I have working 14 to 15 hours daily and weekends as well

I am L11, works hardly 6 hours and dedicating 2 hours for learning. Our project has good work life balance just using free time to upskill

First of all working hours really exist??? I logged in at 8:30 and keep sitting till 11pm and when during deployment day from morning 6:30- night 2am.......... after all these weekend support is there..and if you don't sit till 9pm then there is dirty politics going on...whom to complaint??? Is anyone listening you no one is there to listen l this.....work life balance at Accenture sucks

Get a practicing law so that giant corporate lawyers can mop floor with them🤣🤣

L8, works hardly 4 hours a day. And my team works only 8 hours.

Minimum 12 hours. No overtime compensation

8 hours of work including 1 hour break? So, that's 7+1?
Accenture has a 9 hours of work and 1 hour break schedule, that's a total of 10 hours.

From past 2 years timings are 11.30 am to 11 pm 🫠

Pro tip: cut down your working hours by dropping your papers, works 100% of the time 😂

10+ hours with no hope.
