Lets spread this post about TCS cheap tactics and spread it everywhere.
I got no hike this year after working so hard two years.
But I cannot even image the pain of thousands of people whose CTC's were slashed.

First list down all the tantrums TCS(so called K. Kirtivasan) is doing to force us resign. Then tweet everything in order at once that is making our lives hell in TCS.
In the name restructure, performance good resources are sidelined and given option to leave. Hundreds had no option but to leave. In his process however interests of Tallus are preserved.
And also mistakes and useless decisions made by this so called upper management , people who actually suffer are at associate level.
Yes this is an important step to at least show thousands of sentiments that got hurt can also hurt TCS image.
Lets do this guys..at least it should be on news what TCS is doing.
Try writing to help.nites@gmail.com. NITES is an organization that fights for IT/ITES and BPS company employees, kind of like an IT workers union. I have already submitted a complaint to them, maybe if more TCSers do the same they'll take notice

We can also lodge a complaint in court, I am ready to contribute something for the court case. What's your opinion guys?
