🔹 If HR says it: They’re testing how much you know. 🔹 If your manager says it: They’re preparing for something bigger. 🔹 If a colleague says it: They’re trying to pull you into their camp. 🔹 If you hear it too often: You’re in a toxic workplace.

I hear this a lot when a colleague who in the name of "taking help" gets their entire work done from me and doesn't want to give credits
