Don't encourage this. What Air India staff is doing is wrong. They have every right to fight against management, expose them in social media, file lawsuits etc, but they should not make the common public suffer. Think about all those cancelled flights. How many innocent people are suffering. Many of them probably were travelling for medical treatments, or for important jobs, some of them may have had plans for a vacation with a loved one. All those hotel bookings, connecting flights, everything got ruined.

And most of the crew was fired. With the current state of job market, do you think about more skilled employee of TCS has balls to start protesting? If they are skilled, their wouldn’t even stay in TCS.
Without skilled people in TCS they have managed to become the top company by brand value and returning 46000 crores to shareholders in 1 year. Amazing.
