Earlier managers used to retain employees by offering on-site opportunities now they don’t have that card .

No much impact. It's business as usual with lot of work moved to offshore. Anyways this rule will go away in 6 months if they wait till 1 yr usa will head towards big loss.

Highly skilled employee won’t join US based projects. Bcz he won’t get onsite opportunities after all this drama . So people may join start ups with high packages or create their own .

Not much i feel.. H1B jobs are anyways reducing since covid and i feel this rule will go away in a year..
