Let's all send an email to the CHRO for allowing work from home until they are able to pay the hikes. If they can't increase, give us a change to save our money. No qva no hike less pay too many rules.
let them teach how to increase profit, there are other ways too not just a qva cut. You can save in office as well and cab and coffee and stop donating we are the poorest now a days among the sector

Tata group can sponser ipl but can't pay our qva. Tcs can pay 30rs dividend but can't pay our qva. They can grow 5% yoy but can't give us 5% hike. They can't change the salary structure to save taxes they can't allow us work from home. Only they can do is cut salary cut salary and cut salary

I would suggest to form a large union if possible and hit them hard with protest.
There is an announcement for qva. 100% fir c2 and below and for others depending of performance of the unit

By doing such an act TCS name will be notorious and no body will join only those who don't have skills and tcs may loose business in coming time
Tcs is already last choice for most of the people, and what is wrong, tcs will loose business if it continues to do the same. Hiring freshers to replace seniors is a very good decision to keep businesse upp.. they are not improving but making things more and more complex. It's start of downfall no high hopes on tcs anymore
