HDFC and ICICI banks along with SBI are categorised as systematically important Banks. Means they are too big to fail. Also, govt will support them during any crisis. Also if they fail then entire banking system or even economy could get disrupted. Don’t worry your money is safe in HDFC and ICICI bank. As for Kotak, if it fails, some bank will takeover it.
