Let’s try to mainstream this

A friend joined a startup some years ago and gave my contact for BGV. The folks did the BGV a good two months after joining and the only question he asked me was “Was XYZ a good employee?”.

Someone got paid to ask that question and hang up. 😶‍🌫️

They’re kinda doing that anyway via Glassdoor and have faked a lot of their reviews already. It’s a system that’s easy to fake.

Grapevine would be a better place to check with existing employees that have a certain engagement score (harder for employers to create accounts that fake text engagement).
