Let me give clear clarity on QVA

Till C2 grade we will get 100% QVA From C3A it will be based on the unit performance but I have seen people getting 50-60% only. Big question who gets 100% On WFO if you are less than 85% in Q1 your QVA will get impacted. How much it is based in the grades. I hope this gives better clarity.
