Less than a month in new job, I feel stuck. Should I resign?

Was laid off, took a pay cut to join this (maybe desperation took better of me) Now the workload is too much, the founder cracks disrespectful jokes, and vibes are just too off

I am not enjoying the work I was detesting going to work the first Monday itself 😔

It all depends on CTC. People will judge you for that and expect thing from you depending on that. Happened to me where most of my colleagues with similar experience had less pay than me, after some time it becomes difficult to tolerate everyone
