Less than 5% WFO index
For the past 2 months I have attended office for like 3 days I think. Along with that I have some 7 days worth of leaves which I have taken in that period. Am I in big trouble?

Mostly ur qva will be deducted, HR may ask for reason and tell you that not to repeat. If Manager was good means they will not care about this and it won't affect for ur appraisal/promotion.

You might get a nudge from HR, but it's not the end of the world. Just try to balance it out in the coming months.
