Less salary in tcs
I am having 12 years experience and having 14 lpa as package i am working in devops but my problem is no project give me full exposure on complete devops tools as all my project got finished in 3-6 month. 4 out of 5 time in month of march i got relesed and got C band in TCS even though finished all project on time. Any suggession what can i do to grow in TCS.
Bro it's not only problem with devops it's in development as well, I joined tcs in 2022 and now I lost all my development skills. Switching is the only option if you want to grow in your career, I am also trying you should also try. Good luck

Freshers now a days getting 7 or 9 LPA in TCS You are just wasting your time and effort. Try find new opportunities.
I am in exactly in same position as yours, get release from proj if u haven’t already done … once in rmg look outside for better opportunity…
No point in staying with tcs for people like us!

How much will be in hand salary in TCS if we exclude quarterly pay for 14 lpa.
@DevGuru7 I have seen many experienced associates are facing this, so believe me you are not alone in TCS with this situation.TCS salary and hike standards are lot lower that industry average. If you are looking for growth, you will have to switch company and if you are in city like Bangalore , Pune or Mumbai, you will be surprised to see offers. However, if you are not from metro cities and having very few companies like TCS in your city, and you are looking for stable life without any significant growth, you can continue with TCS.
Man how you achieved it. Can you please share the tips
I am also in DevOps but in TCS none project will give you full exposure on DevOps tool. Better look for some other opportunities. I am also going to do same.
