Last year I got 2 rating already I completed 30 months joined on may 2022 , these year 2024 I’m tagged into new project with billable doing well may get a good rating in Jan can I get associate promotion?

Your manager / hcm supervisor will get mail from HR on ur eligibility..now a days they are checking Training data, R2O compliance.
