Don't say notice period as 90 days and get offer from other company then resign and inform the management if they are willing to match only then you can continue in wipro. And also keep trying for other offers you will definitely get other offers if had one.
I can understand you may have financial commitments and can't risk the job. Iam not of your band to suggest you but I can say take risk and get reward. Anyhow you can always revoke your resignation or ask for early release.

Buddy every company HR know that these TCS infy or Wipro have 90 days of NP. Even though he will lie ultimately HR will come to know.
