Trending @Accenture; Less Compensation

Accenture is my first company and I joined as a fresher for 'trust and safety' role for one of the biggest social media project in Sep-2021. I worked in this role for about 2.5 years and now I'm a 'quality auditing associate' in the same project and it's been 7 months in this new role. But I'm still getting paid fresher salary + my first hike in the first year of joining. In 2023, as we all know the company did not actually give a hike to all the Accenture employees in India and Srilanka. It's 2024 now and even now they haven't given me any hike and there is no change in my base pay for about 2.3 years now. So, should I really stay here praying and hoping I will get it one day. I mean I don't understand where are my efforts and hard work going into? I'm given all appreciation by clapping in the floor and the fake smiles from the management. But duh! Who wants that. If I'm really appreciated for the work I do, show it to me on my payslip. 3 years and freshers salary ..what a joke..I'm very disappointed -_-

After 2 years you will be promoted defaultly and most of them promoted in this way only don’t know why in your case it is like that have a conversation with hr or the manager if they are not agreeing then you can switch it waste of time working here.
