LERF - not submitted
Im back from my ML on 3rd March , got allocated to a proj on 7th March. I submitted my LERF the day i joined and it was not approved. Spoke to Rmg , he is telling to apply leave for the unallocated days. I applied the leaves
If they approve by today or tomorrow, will it affect my salary this month ?
Lerf has to be submitted on the day of joining the office. I have returned from my maternity leave as well from March 1st week onwards. My request was approved by RMG, two weeks after reporting got allocated.
Yeah submitted , but unfortunately dint follow up to get it approved. Today went and got the work done. But since the salary processing date is crossed , i think my salary will be suspended for this month.
Hey, no need to visit office 15days prior right?? Also is 9hr WFO compulsory while hunting for projects?

I checked with my HR , he asked me to come to office on joining date and report directly!!
How many days before shud i submit LERF
Yes you have to submit LERF . Once you join back to office you can do LERF. But at the day of joining , go meet your supervisor and confirm you have joined back after your leave .
