Yes, even I think so. When it comes to ultra niche quality, lenskart lacks.
Was a loyal lenskart customer since 2018. Then I went to a local store because my mother insisted a lot. Got a better quality product at half the price.
Dayum! I always believed that volume in the suppy chain solves for cost. Totally ignored the heavy marketing budgets :D
Also I am now tired of LK staff pushing for B1G1. "Sir do chashme lelo, sasta padega".

Used Titan in my early days of wearing spectacles. I only go to Lenskart now. Would recommend flagship stores only if you want to see more options.

I have been using computer glasses zero power of Lenskart for a really long time and I am really happy with the product. But I do hear that titan eye plus is a better brand
