People who are at dunzo today are there because they are not able to find another job, let's not pretend otherwise. From a legal point of view, sure you can file a case on them. But that will not accelerate your payment.
You can't do shit. Move on.
First of all, look out for other jobs and change jobs asap.
If or not you get your pending payment is a function of it company will get funding from investors.
