I left TCS on 12 July, because of unprofessional work behaviour from teammate who shows that they have 8 years experience and all. They joined project few months before but they wanted to show that we should treat them as king/queen. Despite they didn't have ghanta knowledge even they worked on other projects, I am not sure on what they worked. Simple technical things they don't understand, not follows mails. I am 3 years of experience and handling all team management and even technical things as well, from this they used be jealous cause I was only 3 years of experience. Now I left and got to know that this so called experienced people are making shit in project.

And that is TCS …

Lack of knowledge can result from different reasons. It may be due to having a different educational background, working with outdated technology until now, or a lack of interest in learning new things. If you take on every job yourself, you will be buried under work. The worst thing I have seen in any company is that peer learning opportunities are nearly zero. People should organize short sessions every week where they can teach technical and non-technical things to other colleagues. It doesn't matter if your colleague is C3A, C3B or above; invite them too.

Here fact is they want show only that they have knowledge in actual they don't want to learn it practically.

I think they have delegated the work to you and spent their time leisurely. In that case, you should have requested a skip-level meeting with the manager and mentioned this.

First thing I want to say is because of one or two persons in the project, don't ever try to change companies(if companies are good) First try to get out of it and try other Projects where people may be good. Still if you see the same cases in multiple projects, then you try to change company.

As you said Seniors and they don't know anything, this may be wrong. Reason you are a fresher and you may learn new things recently. But as they are Seniors, they know better than you in Projects which you try to learn from them. One more thing is,.. You too will behave in the same way when you attain same experience.

It's not about matter of knowledge but also how they forms the groups and trys to show that they know well and juniors should always obey them even they are wrong. This simple if you don't know be a student always, and if you know then stow how much expert you are!

Not only shit, fucking attitude vale shit people. And always tells there family problems(ladies). My baby is not eating, she is not allowing me to work. I am on sick leave. These people don't accepts their fault because it will feel low in front of juniors.

Stop generalizing things. You will also become an 8 years exp in some day. So you are agreeing you will be also a piece of shit? Your seniors may be not helping, but at the same time many are mentoring juniors like anything. I saw this in cloud business unit and all.

I was tired to their behaviour, they try hold their ego but they didn't tried to learn things. Because they thinks that learning from less experienced person would make them feel low. Really childish behaviour is there, this experienced people forms a group in office and makes gossips about freshers ( who are really good in knowledge and working). They don't work but tried do all politics on them. I joined project and gained really good knowledge and management was dependent on me for technical things. This thing was not accepted to them and tried to do politics that I don't share the knowledge and all. In fact they don't gets if I will share them

I am having 7 yoe. Still i ask and request my juniors to teach if it is new to me. And they feel happy to explain me.

You should have raised a complaint in grievance portal during your notice period.

I didn't know this thing otherwise I would have did it. Now I left organisation and also selected in very growing product based MNS

TCS lost its dignity.. same situation in evry domain / account

I am talking about a Swedish account. There this thing is going on really on big scale. Experience people formed there a small group so we juniors who have 2-3 years experience will have to work on there task which assigned to them and they daily leave office. If anything assigned to them they shows that they have worked on it but in actual nothing would done on it. Juniors shuts their mouths cause this fucking leads is part of their group.

I also got a similar experience in my project. My scrum master was like this always controlling in nature and not knowing how to talk to her teammates. She was always rude from the start. All the team members were having the same feeling.
I complained about her to my manager on an offline call and told her that I don't want to mention this in an email since this might affect her and my professional life and it will be an escalation. My manager understood and after a few months the offshore scrum master and the onshore scrum master both are removed from the team.
However, I am not going to the office due to the 84 KM distance, physical and mental health deterioration. Thinking of resigning or going on a non paid leave for a few months. Let's see what happens anyway I have applied to more than 30 startups and MNC they all rejected me due to a 3 month notice period. They want someone who can join immediately.

I am only three years of experience still had team management experience with technical things but didn't not showed off a bit. These experienced people came few months ago and they want show off directly without working and not having knowledge. I was already decided to leave and this started happening. Fortunately I left on time.

I left my previous organization and came to tcs due to similar circumstances. This is not specific to tcs, these kind of people are everywhere.

But in TCS I think this really big problem, they shows they experience and don't do anything. Even they have made really big problems while working but not tends to accept it and and even that situation looking to find mistakes of freshers who have 2-3 experience in project. Seriously these fucking people are making tcs toxic. This will lead really severe problems.

Fed up of baby sitting these guys, in notice period also they will make me work.

These foolish experienced people don't try to do Innovation. They don't want to R&D only they want established operational work which they can do easily. If any task is they which advance and needs to done some troubleshoot then they don't take this tasks. This experienced people are more in experience and really low in knowledge. If i would have a manager then I will immediately show them their untrained profile and would asked to leave project
