Left my job today
Its my LWD today. Time for a break before the next step. The job was awesome - Fully Remote, Great Pay, no micromanagement, really good work life balance! It allowed me to grow a ton over course of the job and I am grateful for it.
Its always good to close a chapter in life and move on!
Why did you leave ?

I left because in corporate it’s important to leave once you get too comfortable in your position and don’t foresee too much more upward mobility and growth in your current company. That generally happens once every 3-4 years in companies - hence its recommended that everyone switch.
Also new hires have higher budget rather than increments, so if you want a large jump in compensation you have to switch.
