Trending @Infosys; Left Infosys but the anxiety continues

I left Infosys on 31st and i am doing just fine since then Today I called up my friend (she was my colleague at Infosys) And she told me about all the toxicity going on Which made me remember my mental health when I was in Infosys And I got anxious what if my next organisation project is also toxic 🥹🥹 I am doing good mentally right now I don't want to go back to that Infosys phase
