Leaving Tcs for higher studies

I joined tcs in Jan 2024 while preparing for gate and I got the opportunity to study at one of the reputed govt college. I got my early release on 31st July but the seperation HR is not acknowledging it. I have a 50k bond amount with tcs for which they are asking a tentative date of payment and I am not willing to pay it. My question is, what will happen if I don't pay the amount and will it hamper my PF account in any way if I join another company in future.
