leaving TCS and rejoin

Is it wise decision to leave tcs considering ctc is 12 lpa for a 4 year experience guy when project is going well and managers are supportive? Can one get back job at TCS if one is leaving( after 2023 as policy change was there to not to take back employees ) and wants to rejoin?
