Leaving Microsoft. Where to for 1.5cr TC & fast pace?

My on-hire stock cliff is hitting in a couple of months, and this year's rewards cycle has killed any motivation I had to stay. I'm bored with the MSFT stack and the slow, bureaucratic pace of work.
I'm looking for a change to a fast-paced environment with interesting and challenging problems to solve. An interesting product in gen ai/agentic ai space would be cherry on the cake.
My target TC is around 1.5 cr (India) / 200k GBP (london)
I'm willing to relocate to Bangalore or London (strong preference for London).
What companies should be on my radar? Looking for recs for places with a strong engineering culture that value impact and compensate well.

TC range for L3?
Culture is better in Infrastructure teams while okay in product teams. I have learnt a lot. I came from startups so my learnings might be different from your's. But regarless, you'll end up learning dealing with the crazy scales if not anything else. You can negotiate remote before joining but you need a strong competing offer for it. TC range goes from 1.35 - 1.6 for new offers and then after internal stock bonuses and stuff it may reach to 2.
We can give 1.5 easily for Senior level, but no remote.
