Trending @Accenture; Leaving due to toxic manager
Hi..I am serving notice period. I resigned due to toxic culture in my project. I don't even want to work in notice period. Is it possible? Can I say directly 'No' to work or ignore my manager? I have already asked him for early release but he won't let me go. Please share your opinions, experiences if any in this case.

Clearly tell him.. all he can do is roll you off or put in pip. If you made up mind to leave, wait till they send you and use that time to learn new things and do certifications. Don’t resign yourself, if not done already. If you don’t want to come back to Accenture, just chill and act like working in notice period

If he puts me in PIP. Does that mean that I cannot join Accenture in Future?

Don't resign by urself don't do work simply start ignoring him.. He will arranged call with HR or simply drop mail I want to release from project give some valid reason and remember don't target specific

No project usually gives early release unless they are about to sunset. So here's what you can do-
- Under health grounds you can get early release.
2.Utilize your leaves and work the rest of days.
