Leaving Big Four
I am with Big4 for 7 years. I'm in the phase of life to quit Big4 and take some break from work. Every day is like hectic and long days like 12 hours of min work. I am doing the same for almost last 4 years. I been worked in 3 different projects over last 7 years and everywhere its the same.
What should I do ?

Should I take sabbatical leave for 6 months and join back & do back the same work.

Switch to Infy, capgemini, oracle or any other smaller companies for good work life balance?

Stay back here and don't care about performance, timelines and do some less work, Stay here till they keep you.

What are the checks need to be addressed before applying the resignation like alternative plans, savings etc
