Trending @Cognizant; Leaves Reset in the portal

I see my earned and sick leaves are set to 18, I had more leave at the end of 2025 what has happened to the rest of the leaves???

sick leaves can be accumulated to 18 and earned leaves will be lapsed if not taken. So last years maximum EL will be 18
