Hi, Can someone explain me about the statement? Currently I have 16.47 days of Annual leaves. And it is showing that 8 days will carry forward and 6 will lapse...how this works?
Plan to take 6 days leave before 31-Dec-2024. Otherwise it will get lapse. It means next year you won't be able to get. But something is wrong here. Calculation is wrong. 8+6=14 and in your case its showing 16.47 leaves then it should be calculated based on that. Raise service now for a helpline ticket for the same.
total 21 annual leaves but you have balance = 21+ (previous year 3 leaves or at periodic balance 2.47 so total 23.47 and out of 23.47 you have used 7 leaves so remaining is 16.47 and 6 days will be lapsed so use it early and remaining other balance 8 will be carry forwarded
