I'm a Salesforce Developer, is it possible to take leaves and give resignation at the same time. I have 20 days of leaves that I can use. Will they allow me to take? I'm not on Notice Period now. I want to take 15 days leave and after couple of days in leave I want to keep my papers. Tell me is it okay or not

Check your leave policy, most companies allow only 2-3 days SL during NP,some demand you to submit MC, or EL you can avail which will be encashed, CLs they wont let us take for sure

Accenture does not allow you to take leaves during np. If you want to take leave in case of any emergency, your PL needs to approve it and Accenture even might ask you to extend your np by working for few extra days you took the leave.
