Trending @Accenture; Leaves on notice period

I have few questions. I am serving notice period in accenture i have around 17 leaves pending so will those get in cash when i get FNF or can I compensate it for my notice period ? My LWD is in September so we get 8 casual leaves so will those will get in cash or not ? If anyone has any idea please let me know Thanks already.
