Trending @Infosys; Leaves in 24 is now completed. Will 25 have new set of leaves.

Hello. I have joined Infy in July 2024. I had an operation and procedures and I had taken leaves. Now I don’t have any leaves and whatever I will take now will go as loss of pay. Starting from jan to dec 2025, if I take leaves will it be considered leave of jan-dec 25 or it will still taken as loss of pay next year as well? Thanks
