after 31st Aug are the sick and casual leaves renewed for people on NP or not ?

Sick Leave is applicable from Jan - Dec. So they won't get expired. EL will expire if it's more than the number of days as per the base location. For eg, I'm in Bengaluru, and anything >45 days will expire.

During notice period we can avail only sick and casual leaves which I have 0 now. I am asking, after 31st Aug will sick and casual leaves will be added?
