Leaves for marriage
Since I've been recently released from my project and my wedding is in September, should I apply for leave now or will there be any issue with approval?
They had released me from the project when I took leave for marriage and I have been looking for project from mid feb till June end.
It's been 4 months u didn't assign to any project? Did they approve ur leaves for the marriage? What if they don't approve of my leaves. Should I apply leaves now or 1st week of August.could you please suggest what to do?

Please join other project and apply for leaves
Get some project and don't take more leaves for marriage. After 1 month leave for one of my past colleagues, project got ramp down and after returning from leave, he got released from the project.
Just apply leave and get it approved by RMG
The situation is very bad currently. On your wedding they may gift you termination letter. So better you postpone your marriage to next year, or atleast till things get on track in tcs.
