Hi All, I am serving NP and currently having 35 days of leave balance. Will all 35 leaves be considered for settlement or is there any limitations.

Typically, only 30 days of leave can be encashed in the Full and Final settlement. Confirm with HR for exact details. Use excess leave before your last working day to avoid losing them.
