So yesterday in our team meeting our dp was discussing the quarterly leaves forecast. Whatever we forecast they will reduce the leaves saying billing issue, please cancel some of the leaves. He/She was saying we are anyways going to cancel some of them due to billing issue as it will effect our quarterly billing which will effect our quarterly results. I mean we are cancelling our leaves but at the end of the day they are going to reduce our VP stating we did not have a good quarter which we affect our hikes. I mean ....!!!! Makes sense?????????? 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
They want us to report and log the leaves 2 months before the leave and need approval from DM, if it's more than one day.
No, it doesn't make sense. Cancelling leaves for billing issues and then blaming poor results on us is unfair. Leadership needs to plan better.
